Any products on the same order which we have not confirmed as accepted in the dispatch note do not form part of the contract.

It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT. VAT will automatically be deducted at checkout for VAT exempt countries.

You will then need to return the products to is in the same condition they were received with original packaging. We strongly suggest you use a tracked and insured service when returning your goods to us as all goods are the responsibility of the buyer until they have been received by us.
If you cancel your order before it is shipped, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the cost of delivery. If you withdraw only from a part of the contract, relating to a specific product, we will reimburse you with the value of the product and any costs related specifically to it. However, we will not repay costs relating to the order in general, which would have been charged irrespective of the product subject to withdrawal, such as delivery costs. We will reimburse you using the same means of payment you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result.
