Delivery
Same day delivery in London using our couriers Brisqq.
Next Day delivery via UPS. We aim to ship all orders out the same day if the order is placed before 3pm. Alternatively it will be shipped out next day for delivery the following day.
Returns
If you wish to return your product, all you need to do is email the details to us at returns@regentsounds.com or use the Contact Us form on the website. You will then need to return the products to is in the same condition they were received with original packaging. Please note that customers are responsible for all the cost for returning items. It is recommended to takes necessary precautions by using registered services when returning any items.
