The all-new 2019 Fender Vintera 50s Modified Stratocaster takes all the attributes of the original and adds a host of updated features for more modern feel, playability and sound.
Body, Neck and Hardware
Keeping things classic you have an Alder body paired with a Maple neck but the Vintera Modified offers modern playability. Rather than the soft V neck and original radius you now have a 9.5" Radius and Modern "C" neck shape feeling more comfortable wherever you are playing along the neck.
On top of that you now have locking vintage tuners and a 2-Point tremolo system which offers great tuning stability and intonation while allowing you to be more expressive with your vibrato.
Pickups
Equipped with three Hot 50s Single Coil pickups which can handle everything from crystal clear clean tones to serious high gain. Suitable for all genres of music with plenty of choice from the 5-way selector and added S-1 Switch.
