The Fender Stratocaster has to be the most recognised guitar ever made (or at least one of. It has been produced for over 60 years now and the Player Series sticks to traditions with a few modern improvements to improve the quality and playability and keep it at a wallet-friendly price.
Body, Neck and Hardware
Sticking to traditions you have an Alder body and maple neck for a balanced and resonant tone with plenty of midrange punch and bright top end. Allowing you to cut through the mix and stand out in a full band situation.
Now equipped with a modern 2-point tremolo usually only seen on the more expensive Mexican and US models, this is a big improvement. It allows you to be much more expressive with the vibrato and offers much better tuning stability and intonation.
Pickups
The Player Series Stratocaster now features three Alnico V Single-Coil Strat pickups. These are another nice improvement from its predecessor and feel much more responsive and modern while still retaining that legendary Fender tone.
