In Store Collection
Whether you are local or visiting simply slick in store collection and your order will be set aside and ready for you to collect.
Next Day UK Delivery
We offer free shipping on all orders over £75, simply select Free Shipping at checkout. Orders placed before midday will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail or UPS.
*This excludes Highlands & Islands. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for these.
Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your purchase from us for whatever reason within 14 days of purchasing. If you decide to cancel and return your purchases, you will be reimbursed for all relevant charges within 48 Hours and no more than 14 days. More details are on ourTerms & Conditions page.
UK Returns
If you wish to return your product, please email the details to us at returns@regentsounds.com or use the Contact Us form on the website. You will then need to return the products to us in the same condition they were received with original packaging. We strongly suggest you use a tracked and insured service when returning your goods to us as all goods are the responsibility of the buyer until they have been received by us. If there is any damage, modification or excessive use to any returned goods a deduction will be made accordingly.
International delivery
We deliver worldwide* using UPS, FedEx and TNT all tracked services. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
