**COVID-19 UPDATE** 

We are shipping all orders as normal and are working on a next day service for all UK orders. 


In Store Collection 

Whether you are local or visiting simply select in store collection and your order will be set aside and ready for you to collect as soon as you are ready.


Free Next Day UK Delivery 

We offer free shipping on all UK orders, simply select Free Shipping at checkout. Orders placed before 3pm will be dispatched the same day via Royal Mail or UPS. 

*This excludes Highlands & Islands. Shipping will be calculated at checkout for these. 


International delivery 

We deliver worldwide* using UPS, FedEx and TNT all tracked services. Shipping rates will be calculated at checkout. 


Cancellation 

You have the right to cancel your purchase from us for whatever reason within 14 days of purchasing. If you decide to cancel and return your purchases, you will be reimbursed for all relevant charges within 48 Hours and no more than 14 days. More details are on ourTerms & Conditions page. 


Free UK Returns 

We are happy to offer free returns and exchanges for online sales in the UK of all accessories, pedals and small amps.


Please click on the following link and complete our free returns form if you wish to return or exchange your order.


For all larger amps and guitars or any items over 10kg please email returns@regentsounds.com to process your return.



Sale items 

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded. 


Terms 

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. 


There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted, any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery 


Refunds 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit/debit card or original method of payment.


Exchanges 

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@regentsounds.com and send your item to Regent Sounds, 4 Denmark Street London, WC2H 8LP.
